Job summary

AA Precisioneering is seeking a Machine & Lathe Operator to operate lathes and mills, interpret blueprints, and set up parts for production in a Meadville, PA shop. You will work with a small, skilled team to meet production goals and maintain high quality.

The role requires 2+ years of operator experience, familiarity with TRAK lathes or CNC milling, and a solid understanding of machining principles. Training is available for the right candidate in a clean, air-conditioned facility with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a machine and lathe operator.
• Proficiency in operating TRAK lathes and milling machines a plus.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Machinist certification or equivalent experience preferred. Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lathes, mills, and related machines (including CNC).
• Create the set-up to produce parts from blueprints.
• Inspect parts and components for precision and quality.
