Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of machining experience.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• CAD software experience, such as AutoCAD, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, grinders, and other machine shop equipment to produce precision components and tooling.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on machining and manufacturing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to support machining and equipment repairs.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and ensure quality requirements are met.
• Support the design, fabrication, modification, and continuous improvement of tooling, fixtures, components, and processes; prepare BOMs and work orders as needed.
