Usarolls is seeking a skilled machinist for a full-time role in Canfield, OH. The position involves reading orders, setting up lathes, and maintaining precision through all turning, drilling, and finishing operations.

The candidate should be fluent in English, able to read and write using industrial terminology, and capable of maintaining logs and quality records. Overtime is not mandatory, and the schedule is a standard 8-hour shift.

Responsabilidades

• Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints and standard work.
• Sets up lathes by installing four-jaw chucks, tools and attachments.
• Verifies settings by measuring positions and performing test cuts.
• Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, turning, facing and thread chasing operations; taking measurements and troubleshooting.
• Maintains safe operations by following safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains equipment by performing preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Contributes to company goals by taking on new tasks and improving processes.
