Qualifications

• Knowledge of paint processes and products (lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes, and acrylics) is necessary.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and lays out complex machining operations; fabricates and assembles parts, tooling, and assemblies; performs jig, fixture, tool, and die work.
• Paint various products and sub-assemblies using a conventional spray booth and spray guns.
• Safely perform painting operations with minimal supervision.
• Follow standard operating procedures for tools and equipment including paint sprayers and solvents.
• Maintain safety regulations and work quality standards.
