Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating high-power manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and Fanuc controls.
• Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient with precision measurement instruments.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-power drill press, milling machine, and fabrication tools with precision and safety.
• Set up and program machinery using CAD, CAM, Fanuc controls, and other software.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and material specs to ensure correct fabrication.
• Conduct routine inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to maintain tolerances.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments to optimize performance.
• Handle materials using forklifts and manage inventory control.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
• Document machine operations, maintenance logs, and quality checks.
• Suggest process improvements and tooling needs.
