Job summary

Air Products in St. Louis is hiring a Manual Machinist Millwright for the 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) at the Membranes Solutions facility.

You will work in the Site Services team, performing routine and non-routine machining, repairs, and preventive maintenance to support production and building equipment. The role requires strong mechanical skills, machine shop experience, and the ability to hold tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on machining ability.
• Experience in machine shop environments and precision milling/lathe work.
• CNC milling is preferred but not required; welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine machining tasks on various equipment.
• Assist with design ideas and equipment improvements.
• Complete monthly preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on production and building equipment.
• Ensure safety tasks are completed and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support facility operations by completing assigned work orders.
