Job summary

Qualifications

• Operates machine shop equipment including milling machines and lathes.
• Reads blueprints and uses SAP to search and complete work orders.
• Familiar with micrometers, calipers, bore gauges and indicators.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling machines, lathes, bandsaws, drill presses and grinders.
• Set up CNC mill with conversational programming; perform basic/calibrations.
• Maintain safe, clean shop; follow LOTO procedures and safety rules.
• Work with engineering to interpret blueprints and spec parts.
• Utilize SAP for work orders and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
