Kodak is seeking a Skilled Machinist. Expertise in working on Manual Machining Equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Read blueprints/drawings to determine specifications and requirements necessary to create a quality work piece.
  • Verify quality of work piece using measuring instruments, such as calipers, gauges, & micrometers.
  • Experience operating one or multiple manual machines including: Lathe, Mill, OD Grinder, ID Grinder, Surface Grinder, or Gear Hob
  • Perform daily maintenance of equipment and maintain a clean working environment.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Know machining concepts related to speeds/feeds as they apply to different material types.
  • Understand the basic features required for setting up a part.
  • Ability to use basic math and understand geometric concepts.
  • Be able to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
  • Overtime and Saturday may be required as workload dictates.
