Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating manual and CNC machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for machining tasks.
• Experience performing quality inspections and using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure tolerances and standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machine tools to minimize downtime and maximize production.
• Document machining processes, measurements and inspection results.
