The role involves operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts in small batches and large quantities, with emphasis on CNC Lathe and Manual machining.

You will follow blueprints, adjust speeds and feeds, and ensure parts meet specifications. Responsibilities include reading job specs, recording times, and maintaining safety standards

Qualifications

• Min 3 years experience in machining roles.
• Prefer experience with manual machining and CNC Lathe.

Responsibilities

• Record start/stop times in Job Tracking System (DATS).
• Operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts.
• Read blueprints or specifications for jobs.
• Calculate cut or bore locations.
• Shape various materials (steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, silicon).
• Set feeds, speeds, and tool selections for operations.
• Plan cutting sequences and finishing operations.
• Position workpiece on machines and monitor lubrication and cooling.
