Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company in Grand Rapids is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our Roll Forming group. The ideal candidate will read and interpret detailed drawings, set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and EDM wire cutting machines to produce precision parts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience as a Machinist.
• Experience with CNC machinery and CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Set up and adjust machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and EDM wire cutting machines.
• Maintain and repair machine tools.
• Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts.
