Qualifications

• 2+ years machining experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Reading blueprints and design sketches is preferred.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and related gauges.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools such as shear, saw, press brake, head punch, milling, lathe, drill press, flaring, tube bending, and pipe cutting.
• Verify conformance of machined parts with specifications using measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret machining instructions, blueprints, and BOMs to determine dimensions and tooling needs.
• Set cutting speeds, feeds, depths, and tooling per instructions or material properties.
• Inspect materials and finished parts for quality per blueprints and specifications.
• Adhere to safety, quality procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Perform tasks per ISO standards; assist as needed.
