Job summary

Resonac Holdings Corporation is hiring a Precision Machining Technician to prepare, calibrate, and operate press and lathe equipment on second or third shift. You’ll inspect parts, document results, and support continuous production quality on a daily basis.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical degree a plus) and hands-on experience in manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Overtime and weekend work are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
• Experience with quality inspection and mechanical troubleshooting
• Ability to set up machines and support production runs
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate press and lathe machines; ensure readiness for production cycles
• Adjust operating parameters to maintain quality and throughput
• Load raw materials into semi-automated equipment
• Measure components with precision instruments and gauges
• Perform periodic test runs and functional checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve shift issues
• Inspect output for defects and record results
• Maintain accurate activity and production logs
• Document production data for next shift
