Datrose is seeking an Engineering Technician for a defense-aerospace project in Mc Leansville, NC. This contractor role requires U.S. citizenship and hands-on experience with machining and fabrication tools, including CNC mills and lathes.

You will interpret drawings, calibrate systems, and implement process improvements on a long-term basis. You will work closely with engineering to design fixtures, run experiments, and document results, with opportunities to use SolidWorks/CAM software and

Competenze

Associate's degree or equivalent plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
Must have machining experience with manual and CNC equipment.
Solid knowledge of fabrication tools and theory.
Ability to fabricate complex hardware and use GD&T.
Experience with SolidWorks or CAM software is required.
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

Interpret basic engineering drawings, diagrams and schematics.
Construct, modify, debug, troubleshoot, calibrate, test and adjust tools and systems.
Conduct statistically based experiments to define process parameters.
Document and implement improvements for processes.
Design and construct basic tooling and fixtures.
