Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with CNC turning or Swiss-style machining.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to stand for extended production shifts.

• Perform precise tool offsets and routine changes to maintain dimensional accuracy throughout the shift.
• Document production data and quality results accurately within our manufacturing software systems.
• Collaborate with setup technicians and quality teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve output consistency.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace by adhering to all industrial safety standards and housekeeping procedures.
