MMD Medical, a Velosity Company, is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Brooklyn Park, MN manufacturing facility. The role involves providing leadership and ownership for the Swiss machining department, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, and enforcing quality and customer service standards.

The position entails coaching, counseling, disciplining staff, and managing performance through training and system enforcement. The typical pay range is $67,219 - $100,828, depending on experience and other factors. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and parental leave. This is an on-site role.

Essential Duties include:

1. Implement Lean principles and drive continuous improvement.
2. Lead improvement projects and manage the Swiss machining department.
3. Handle staffing, safety, and performance management.
4. Coordinate production dispatch and monitor production rates.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2 to 6 years of Swiss Machining leadership experience.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
