You will direct helpers, ensure products meet tolerances, and perform routine quality checks while maintaining proper documentation and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple correspondence and instructions.
• Ability to measure with a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines to cut and process materials to specifications.
• Direct others to assist in maximizing equipment efficiency.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quality, using calipers or tape measures.
• Perform tooling changeovers and change saw blades as needed.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety guidelines.
