Responsibilities

• Set up and operate one or more machines to cut and process screen frame material to specifications.
• Adjust machines to produce parts within tolerance and control scrap.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, camber, bow, and scratches.
• Perform tooling changeovers and change saw blades as needed.
• Enter production orders into controller and maintain maintenance schedules.
• Lubricate machines and keep documentation up to date.
• Follow safety guidelines and report nonconformance.
• Train and assist personnel as needed.
