IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lennox, SD. You will operate production equipment, follow work instructions, set up machines, and monitor performance to meet daily production goals with safety and quality in mind.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or reading blueprints is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Set up, monitor, and make basic adjustments to machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform routine quality inspections and verify products meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.
