Responsibilities

• Operate production machines per prints and specifications.
• Produce the required quantity of parts within specs and tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with precision tools and document results.
• Maintain logs of units produced and rejects.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and perform basic adjustments.
• Calibrate and set up machines to ensure correct specs.
• Monitor machine cycles and detect jams or deviations.
• Read orders, blueprints, and schedules for setup and sequencing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Adhere to safety standards, SOPs and ISO procedures.
