Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience in manufacturing, engine maintenance, or machining.
• Ability to follow written instructions (schematics, standard work, blueprints).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Familiarity with 5S and TPM practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical, horizontal, and multi-axis lathes and related equipment.
• Set up and adjust NC drilling/boring machines and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for tolerances.
• Maintain safe working methods and following procedures.
