Job summary

The role requires operating press machines, mold machines, and band saws; moving heavy materials with cranes and trucks; and performing deburring and routine maintenance to uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in machine operation or manufacturing technology.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Experience operating production machinery such as press machines and band saws.
• Familiarity with overhead cranes and clamp trucks.
• Experience with deburring and finishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assembly line machinery to maintain production flow.
• Set up and adjust press machines, mold machines, and band saws per job specs.
• Use overhead cranes and clamp trucks to move heavy materials safely.
• Perform deburring and finishing to ensure product quality.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of production machinery.
• Measure and verify parts using micrometers and precision tools.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
