Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Machining or related mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of precision machining and mechanical assembly experience.
• Proficiency in CNC and manual machining.
• Ability to read complex drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with on-site installation and mechanical fitting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers to ensure accuracy.
• Assemble mechanical components per technical documentation.
• Install fabricated parts on-site, ensuring proper fit.
• Maintain and calibrate machining equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during fabrication and installation.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
