Your Career Progression
Rookie Season: Machining Finisher
- Deburr precision parts
- Grind, polish, and buff components
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Use measurement tools and build quality fundamentals
Move Up: Junior Machinist
- Operate equipment under mentor guidance
- Receive hands‑on CNC training from experienced machinists
Make the Lineup: CNC Machinist
- Produce precision components for high‑demand industries
- Climb our skills ladder—greater skills mean greater opportunity and earning potential
Role Snapshot: What You’ll Do
- Deburr machined parts
- Clean, polish, grind, and buff components
- Perform final assembly and leak testing
- Touch‑up paint and package finished products
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Keep your work area clean and organized
Every part matters—your work will support mission‑critical applications.
Shifts & Schedule
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:20 PM – 2:50 AM (includes 10% shift differential)
