Job summary

Jetson Marketing in Kutztown is seeking a Machine Technician responsible for optimizing production output by maintaining machinery and supporting operations teams. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, solid mechanical aptitude, and experience in a related role.

This full-time position offers benefits after 60 days, including medical plans and life insurance. Candidates with an Associate’s degree in mechanical engineering or experience in the print or mail industry are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience working in a Machine Technician role.
• Ability to demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude, such as pulleys, gears, belts, etc.
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance.

Responsibilities

• Respond and troubleshoot issues on mail machines.
• Perform preventative inspections and maintenance on machines.
• Keep a record of all service and maintenance work on machinery.
