Job summary

Pivot Point Inc., a Hustisford, WI manufacturer, seeks a 1st Shift Secondaries Department Machine Set-Up Operator with Assembly. Full-time, 1st shift Monday through Thursday, 4 am–2:30 pm with overtime as needed. Requires machine setup experience and assembly work in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong hand-eye coordination, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a solid long-term work history. Drug testing is required.”

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent machine setup and assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read simple blueprints and QC sheets for product specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up pneumatic and hydraulic presses and hand-assemble metal parts according to blueprints and shop orders.
• Operate machines safely and maintain expected production rates.
• Read blueprints and QC sheets to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team and work independently when needed.
