Job summary

Pivot Point Inc. in Hustisford, WI seeks a 1st Shift Secondaries Department Machine Set-Up Operator with Assembly. Monday through Thursday, 4:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Requires machine set-up experience and ability to assemble metal parts, read blueprints, and handle repetitive hand motions. Drug testing is required.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related experience and a solid long-term work history. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent experience with machine setups and assembly in manufacturing.
• Experience with metal parts is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 10–50 pounds.
• Read blueprints and QC sheets for specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up various pneumatic and hydraulic presses and hand assemble metal fastener parts per blueprints and shop orders.
• Operate machines and perform duties in a safe manner.
• Maintain expected production rates and housekeeping standards.
• Read simple blueprints and QC sheets for product specs.
