Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Grand Forks, ND to set up, operate, and monitor production lines. You will inspect parts, adjust tooling, and ensure product quality aligns with specifications throughout the shift.

This role contributes to maintaining production rates and achieving KPI targets for safety and efficiency. The position offers a consistent 1st shift, opportunities for advancement, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and retirement

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment required.
• Thermoform, Injection Mold, Douglas, ARPAC, ZED, or related machine operator experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Perform in-process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance.
• Responsible for producing parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion.
• Follow and commit to meet KPI’s for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements.
• Maintain 5-S standards in the work area.
• Communicate with team members and support teams.
