Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to specifications provided by supervisors.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor their performance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
