Burton Mill Solutions in Woodland, WA is seeking a Machine Operator to operate fabrication and assembly equipment in a safe, efficient environment. You will follow work orders, perform quality checks, and help maintain production flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and good communication in English. You must multitask, solve problems, and work with a team to meet daily targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic including decimals, fractions, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and assembly machines.
• Follow manufacturing orders and load programs to machines.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, etc.
• Set up and adjust swager/shaper per customer preferences.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety policies.
• Support Lean and Safety training and events.
