Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of machine operating experience or equivalent.
• Occasional travel locally, nationally, or internationally may be required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
• Analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding of mathematical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Unloads parts and inspects quality; performs equipment setup.
• Operates equipment to meet production needs.
• Maintains stock of materials and machine parts.
• Determines parts to be manufactured based on production orders and stock.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Other duties as assigned.
