Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce roller components to specifications.
• Inspect and measure finished rollers for conformance to specs.
• Monitor equipment and adjust or repair as needed to maintain quality.
• Maintain records of production quantities and machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
• Collaborate with team to achieve production goals.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace.
