Timken is looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our TS Grind team. You will operate, set up, and troubleshoot machinery to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, safety adherence, and teamwork.

Starting pay is $21.50/hr with top pay $27.30/hr, on a night shift from 9pm to 7am, Mon-Thurs. Timken offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment according to established procedures and standards.
• Sets up and calibrates equipment according to specifications and production schedules.
• Monitors operation to detect deviations and makes adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Performs routine inspections and measurements to ensure quality.
• Maintains accurate production records and machine performance.
