• Understand bottle quality requirements and document them accordingly.
• Sustain efficiencies and minimize scrap on production machines.
• Communicate machine, process, and quality issues clearly to supervisors.
• Diagnose problems and troubleshoot tasks in a logical manner.
• Perform color changes when required and conduct minor preventive maintenance.
• Complete quality inspections and record results in SPC software.
• Handle mechanical and process troubleshooting for specific plant processes.
• Support the plant with any other duties as assigned.
