Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machines to meet throughput and quality specs.
• Set up machines for each production cycle according to work orders.
• Ensure packaging aligns with work order specifications (wrap type, pallet size, orientation).
• Maintain safety practices and adheres to Oxco core values.
• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are met.
• Record time, material consumption, output, and quality notes accurately.
• Identify issues and escalate to Supervisor or Plant Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
