Job summary

Spacesaver Corporation in Fort Atkinson, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to run production equipment, read shop orders, and ensure parts meet quality and delivery standards.

You’ll operate press brakes, turrets, welders and roll formers, perform quality inspections with calipers and gauges, and use our ERP system for order tracking.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math abilities, and the capacity to work safely with both independent and teamwork. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret shop orders.
• Ability to pass basic math and measuring assessments.
• Familiarity with PC navigation, scanning, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Operate pre-set machines such as press brakes, turrets, spot welders, punch presses, and roll formers to produce parts according to shop orders.
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out Tagout and ergonomic practices.
• Read and interpret electronic and written shop orders.
• Perform quality inspections using blueprints and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain production efficiency and complete tasks according to schedules.
