Job summary

KELTEC in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment used in manufacturing industrial filtration products. You will load materials, follow work instructions, and ensure quality while meeting production targets.

Core hours are 7:00 am–3:30 pm with potential overtime based on operations. The role offers hands-on training, opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes, and a chance to contribute to continuous improvement within a safety‑mocused

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude, math, and measurement skills.
Ability to follow work instructions and identify quality issues.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned manufacturing equipment (laser cutting, gasket, JCEM pleating, metal shearing).
Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for efficient operation and quality.
Load and unload materials according to production orders and drawings.
Inspect products, perform quality checks, and report defects.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Perform routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Process Technicians, Maintenance, Quality, and Supervisors to resolve issues.
Follow safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and participate in cross-training.
Demonstrate reliable attendance and professionalism.
