Qualifications

• 1-3 years of machine operation, production, manufacturing, or similar experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to make routine machine adjustments.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read work orders, specifications, and production instructions.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.

• Commitment to safe equipment operation and manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery
• Follow work orders, production specifications, and operating procedures
• Load materials and install or adjust knives, tooling, guides, and machine components
• Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Inspect finished materials for correct dimensions, cut quality, stacking, and labeling
• Identify and report defects, equipment problems, and safety concerns
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Coordinate with maintenance when equipment requires service or repair
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
