Job summary

Generac, located in Oshkosh, WI, seeks a Machine Operator – Operations I/II/III to operate production machinery and ensure product quality. You will follow work instructions, assemble to specifications, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant machinery experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Team-based worker with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality.
• Develop and maintain understanding of products and how they impact the business.
• Continual learning of processes and practices as changes occur.
• Safely handle materials with proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Communicate hazards or equipment issues with leadership.
• Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed.
• Cross-train in different areas and flex to different stations as needed.
