ANDRITZ is seeking a Machine Operator I to join our Springfield, MA team. You will operate manual and automated equipment to machine precision components, reading drawings and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating machines or production equipment.
• Experience with CNC, manual equipment, router tables, or milling machines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Operate knee mills, through-feed routers, CNC router tables, and related equipment.
• Machine long components accurately while meeting dimensional specifications.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, indicators, and straightedges.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement, quality standards, and team production goals.
