Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a factory operator to operate and monitor machines in our production line. The role may involve basic set-up, calibration and routine maintenance of equipment and performing finish operations as needed.

You will follow manuals and procedures, inspect parts for quality, and maintain machines. The position requires a high school diploma and 0–1 year of manufacturing experience, with opportunities for benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• 0-1 year experience operating machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety and quality requirements.
• Operates machinery with close supervision.
• May assist in basic setup/calibration of equipment.
• Loads materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows manuals and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as necessary.
• Performs other required functions.
