Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an entry-level machine operator in Salem, VA to operate and monitor production equipment. Responsibilities include basic setup/calibration, loading materials, and performing finishing operations with attention to quality and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions. Prior experience is a plus, and a total rewards program accompanies employment with benefits and time

• Reading blueprints and following detailed instructions.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines used in production.
• Assist with basic setup and calibration of equipment.
• Load materials into tools and perform finishing operations.
• Read manuals and maintenance instructions and adhere to procedures.
• Visually and dimensionally inspect parts for conformance to requirements.
• Follow documentation for product manufacturing and safety rules.
• Keep machinery clean and properly maintained.
• Perform other required duties as assigned.
