Job summary

Accelera in Maryland is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to perform routine setup, operation, and maintenance of moderately complex automated equipment. You will inspect in-process parts for quality, adjust machine settings, and document results.

The role requires High School Diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, teamwork, good communication, and ability to work overtime. GMP environment experience is preferred; reading diagrams and basic arithmetic are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate charts and follow diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine setup, operation, minor maintenance, PM, and troubleshooting of moderately complex/automated manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect in-process parts for quality, adjust machine settings, and remove defective product.
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions and document results.
• Monitor quality using prescribed gauges and documentation per GMP and safety procedures.
• Identify need for minor equipment repairs and follow documented procedures.
