Job summary

Ariston Thermo U.S.A. is seeking a Machine Operator to operate equipment safely for the assembly and processing of water heating products. The role requires reading drawings, BOMs, and specifications and preparing materials and tooling for machine changeovers.

Duties include monitoring machines, adjusting settings, entering information into CNC controls, and ensuring quality and safety. Lifting up to 50 lbs and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime when required.
• Effective communication and interaction in all situations.
• Weight up to 50 lbs and ability to maintain safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read drawings, BOMs and product specifications.
• Prepare raw materials for loading into the machine.
• Prepare tooling for machine changeovers and perform changes.
• Enter sizes or cutting information into computer-controlled equipment.
• Monitor machines for proper function and setup; report malfunctions.
• Maintain housekeeping and wear PPE to ensure a safe environment.
