Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor machinery used in the production of the company's product. The role may involve basic set-up, calibration and maintenance of equipment, and performing finish operations as needed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 0–1 year of manufacturing machinery experience. Reading blueprints and handling small, precise parts are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Company Core Beliefs and safety/quality requirements.
• Operates machinery with close supervision.
• May assist in basic set-up/calibration of equipment.
• Loads components into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Follows established manufacturing documentation.
• Cleans and maintains machinery as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
