Job summary

HuFriedyGroup in the United States is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, adjust, and operate production machinery to produce high-quality dental products.

You will follow documented procedures, monitor quality, and contribute to 6S practices at your workstation while meeting safety standards and assisting in continuous improvement.

The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for long periods, and the ability to work overtime or flexible shifts to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills working safely with mechanical equipment.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; preferably in the flexographic or paper conversion industry.
• 1+ years of lean experience a plus.
• Must be able to physically lift, push, pull or carry products weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Must be physically able to work in a standing position with repetitive movement of hands for eight to twelve hours.

Responsibilities

• Safety – Understanding and complying with all safety practices, PPE and machine safety protocols; notify leadership of unsafe conditions.
• Quality – Adhere to documented procedures and GDP; monitor own work quality and report issues.
• Delivery – Work overtime/flexible hours to meet customer commitments.
• Cost – Meet established labor and machine standards.
• Technical – Read and apply instructions from various sources (work instructions, drawings, manuals, checklists).
• Continuous Improvement – Maintain 6S practices and suggest safety and efficiency improvements.
