Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret and follow written instructions.
• Experience working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and interpret work instruction documents.
• Ability to use measuring instruments, e.g., tape measure.
• Proven ability to learn new processes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery to produce high-quality finished products.
• Follow safety practices, wear PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
• Set up and adjust machine settings and tooling as needed.
• Adhere to defined Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Meet established run rates and machine standards.
• Maintain lean practices at the workstation and suggest improvements.
• Read and apply instructions from work instructions, drawings, manuals, and checklists.
• Maintain activity logs and hour-by-hour boards.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and communicate with supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet facility objectives.
