Job summary

HuFriedyGroup is seeking a Machine Operator in Sharon, PA. This full-time, direct labor role requires operating production machinery to deliver high-quality dental instruments.

The position includes shift timing details and raises the bar for safety, quality, and efficiency, with benefits including healthcare and PTO. Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills working safely with mechanical equipment.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience; preferably in flexible or paper conversion industries.
• Lean experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety – follow PPE, machine safety protocols, and safe lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Quality – adhere to procedures and GDP, self-monitor quality and notify leadership if not met.
• Delivery – work flexible hours, overtime to meet customer commitments.
• Cost – meet established labor and machine standards.
• Technical – read and apply instructions from work instructions, drawings, manuals and checklists.
• Continuous Improvement – maintain 6S at workstation and suggest improvements.
