You will read blueprints, work orders, and technical specs; adjust machine settings; and verify output meets quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Able to read tape measures and measurements accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to meet schedules.
• Perform quality inspections and document results.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas; follow PPE and OSHA rules.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and setup as needed.
• Support production workflow and meet daily goals.
