Staffmark in Troy, OH is hiring a Machine Operator to operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to schedules and procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, and maintain production records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous machine operation experience preferred.
• CNC experience preferred.
• Quality inspection experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production equipment, including injection molding presses, CNC machines, and lathe-type slicers.
• Set up and adjust machinery within assigned work cell.
• Perform detailed quality inspections and checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Use manual and pneumatic ratchets, hex wrenches, and box-end wrenches as required.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Perform frequent inspection work to ensure products meet quality standards.
